My group and I had such a wonderful time! From the check-in process to the check-out process, everyone was thoroughly impressed! The complementary welcome drinks and cold towels at check-in was unexpected, but was a great way to kick off the weekend! The golf-cart service to and from our unit was a wonderful touch. Probably the most well appointed Airbnb we've ever stayed in! Highlights: Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were a great touch. The beach is about a block walk down a hill, and it was great to be able to bring our own supplies and set up instead of paying inflated beach club prices. Actually HOT tub! The pool is small, but great for laps. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after long walks. (be aware that this unit does not have access to the rooftop pools) Well-Appointed kitchen with water and ice dispenser. As noted in the listing, it is a peekaboo water view. yes, you can see a little bit of ocean in between the palm trees between the resorts in front of the building, but the patio overlooks some beautiful trees, and is still a pleasant place to hang out. One thing to be aware of: The second bedroom can be quite noisy at night. The window is single paned, and overlooks a street that can be busy with people and cars. Light sleepers will need ear plugs.

Amazing low key get away location! All accommodations will meet your needs. Pool, beach view and beach access literally just steps away. And you will  see the most incredible sunrises right from the  balcony. Easy to Uber between Cabo and San Jose. We got to hang out on the beach whale and dolphin watching. Casa Mariposa or Villa Mariposa was within walking distance of town. Safe, clean, private. The views were spectacular. The house was more than comfortable. We stayed for a month, and you have to expect something to go wrong. It always does! What makes a great location is how they react. Sal was responsive, polite, professional, and a true pleasure to deal with. One comment: if you have mobility issues, you shouldn't stay in Pedregal. The Hills are steep. And though there are beaches available, they are not easily accessible. I would highly recommend this location and the Cabo Way as a provider.

Family of 6 with littles—would come back again! Clean, inviting & made for a perfect vacation home for the week. Beautiful beach for the kids to play at & warm pool for all of us to swim together in! Great restaurants around but also had the kitchen in the villa for some meals also. Thank you for allowing us to create so many memories together. It was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this small, quiet condo complex. The description of the condo was completely accurate—everything was just as pictured and explained in the listing, which we really appreciated. Laura was incredibly easy work with and very responsive from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. When we arrived, Elaine was great—she was very thorough in going over everything with us and made sure we felt comfortable and informed about the property. This is definitely not a party scene, which was perfect for us. The complex has more of a retired-age community feel, so it’s peaceful and relaxing. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is an ideal spot. The views were absolutely amazing, and the sunrises were awesome—such a beautiful way to start each day. There are also several restaurants within walking distance, which made it easy and convenient to grab a meal without needing to drive.

We had a great stay.  The unit is very spacious and luxurious.  I would come back again.  Wee had a little hiccup with hot water that was resolved within minutes of a message!  Amazing service and happy to come back again.  Wonderful property and staff.  Highly recommend!

This condo is a great location, close to the public beach and a short walk to the marina or into town. The accommodations are absolutely beautiful. We spent sunny mornings on the patio and enjoyed the shade in the afternoon. We’d love to go back to those comfy beds and beautiful views!

We had a great overall stay. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The bed sizes were perfect for our group, which made it easy for everyone to relax and sleep well. It was also a nice touch that coffee grounds included, nice in the mornings! The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel staff on the property were fantastic. They were especially helpful with arranging taxis whenever we needed one, which made getting around stress-free. A couple of small downsides: there was no conditioner provided, and the shampoo/body wash available wasn’t great — I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries. Also, the resort itself is quite pricey. Dinner for 3 was about $200 (w/out alcohol), so keep that in mind when budgeting. Location-wise, about a mile from most local spots. It’s walkable if you don’t mind a little distance. Overall, we had a really good experience and enjoyed our stay — just come prepared for resort pricing and pack your own shower essentials!

Our group of 6 adults had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was more spacious than pictured. The 3 king bedrooms each with its own ensuite made it very comfortable. The large laundry room was stocked with extra supplies for the unit and we made good use of the washer and dryer. The kitchen and bar had plenty of dish/glassware, pots/pans and small appliances along with spices. The covered deck with barbecue area had seating for at least a dozen people. We enjoyed mornings and late evenings with scenic views of downtown and the marina. The infinity pool and hot tub are in a large area with tons of seating. There was never anyone else in the pool same time as we were. A few of our 6 did walk down to the marina a couple of times. Most times we drove. This condo is in a great location.

Another great stay in the Cascadas complex.  Easy walk to town every day and back up the hill every night helps work off dinner.  Condo unit set up with everything you could need to cook at home with lots of attention to little details that aren't found in most rental places.  Host and Sal, the concierge, extremely responsive!  We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property in a great location!  The host was also very accessible and responsive.   WiFi is quite slow & inconsistent, but it’s MX so you can’t expect T1 speed.    Also, nly one TV had a Fire stick, so couldn’t watch TV in any of the bedrooms because we don’t have subscription to any international streaming services.   All in all, we had a great time in a great place!!

The condo was in the best location! We walked everywhere. Great communication and even had someone to meet us when we arrived. The place was already cool and SO clean. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable. I’m picky and this place was exceptional!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo very much. The view from the balcony is unbeatable, and the grounds and pool are nicely landscaped. The seating and the bed were comfortable. Our communication and time with Elaine was excellent. She gave helpful restaurant and grocery store recommendations and was quick to assist us when we struggled with the door lock which could use some attention.

Perfect set-up for two couples. Large, private sleeping quarters, comfy beds, great shower water pressure and a huge central space. The deck was spacious with incredible views. Staff at Villa La Estancia couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. On-site food choices weren’t great, but so many fabulous restaurants within a very quick drive. Very enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location in Pedregal is fantastic, with a beautiful view overlooking San Lucas. The pools were a highlight—quiet, relaxing, and offering amazing views, which made it easy to truly unwind. The walk to Pedregal Beach is definitely a bit of a hike, but if you’re able, it’s well worth it. Having a car makes it even easier. We were lucky enough to watch whales right from the beach, which was an unforgettable experience. The concierge service from Sal was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful with so many things during our stay and even went above and beyond to assist us with an unrelated car rental issue. His support made the trip that much smoother. Highly recommend this location—we would absolutely stay here again and are already planning to come back next year.

7 nights the end of January at Mira Vista, our first time in Cabo. The second floor balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise and morning coffee. There is some noise from the road, which other reviews had noted. The walk to San Jose along the beach was very nice. The condo was well equipped! We used the next door dental office as our identifying point for Uber- no issues.

This property is exactly like you see in the photos, it is gorgeous. The view of medano beach is absolutely stunning, and because the condo is set back further away from the pools etc, it is very quiet. The grounds were immaculately kept and the water fountains provided a nice white noise. The beds, linens and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated the option of AC and ceiling fans. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked, but it could use more cutlery. Nick and Laura provided prompt and clear communication throughout the whole process. Estancia as a property was kept immaculately clean and well maintained and all staff were polite and respectful. In addition to a market, pharmacy, gift shop, and ice cream shop. There is a medical centre, doctor and EMT on site. Villa de Estancia clients receive 24 hr medical care. I required this service, and received prompt efficient care. They hand delivered one of my prescriptions to my condo. Amazing care!

Our stay was delightful, we left the Midwest with snow and bitter cold and landed in paradise. The villa and resort was top notch with a view of the ocean, beautiful pools and gardens. The restaurants at the resort were exceptionally good. The staff who helped us with various things were super friendly. Loved every minute.

We love staying at the HBC, the best location in Cabo. We really liked this particular condo (building 1) as it was very quiet despite being close to some of the party places like Baja Brewing.

This home was absolutely beautiful. The pictures does not do this home the justice that it deserves. It’s clean, neat, spacious, & decorated nicely. It was large enough for 5 of us to fit comfortably. The bonus is the scenery; breathtaking. It’s surreal. I will encourage anyone thinking of choosing this home to do so. It’s immaculate & impressive. Our host Sal was very nice, helpful, & friendly. He was waiting for us when we arrived, helped us with our luggage, & made sure we were settled in okay. Sal also helped us arrange pickup through Ride W/ Me Transportation & even our driver, Saudie, was amazing. We ended up using Saudie as our driver for our entire trip & he didn’t disappoint. I will definitely be back here. I cannot rave about my experience enough. My guests & I truly enjoyed our stay and visit to Cabo. I cannot wait until I return. BOOK IT! Exactly like the pictures. I had a little inconvenience but Laura/Nick sorted that out for me with no problem. They were very helpful- even helped me book transportation to and from airport/airbnb. Everything was walking distance- pharmacy, walmart, restaurants, bars, beach, beach clubs, tours, the marina, etc. We only used uber once and that was to Rosa Negra for dinner which is a 10 min drive- still very convenient. I’d stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property was exactly as described. We’ve stayed at similar nearby places, but the heated pool and hot tubs, along with the covered underground parking, really set this one apart. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. By far, though, the best part was the view: gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, plus the fun surprise of watching random fireworks over the resorts in the evenings. I could sit and stare at the twinkling CSL for hours.

This was the perfect spot for my short trip. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently close to the beach, which made everything easy and relaxing. Elaine was wonderful to work with. She was super attentive, welcoming, and helpful both at check-in and throughout the stay. Overall, it was a great place and I would absolutely stay here again. One small side note to fix: the living room outlets are inset and a bit broken, which makes it difficult for larger brick-style plugs to fit properly

The place was amazing! Clean right on the beach, great sunrises through the patio window. Couldn't ask for more from the actual place. (Only issue is the bathroom.) The bathroom is beautiful, and yet so unfunctional. A "rainfall" shower head, which delivers the feeling of a light mist or sprinkle. Nice, unless, heaven forbid, you want to rinse shampoo out of your hair. (And I'm almost bald). This trend of half walls and open showers is annoying, even without any water pressure from the "rain" shower head water still gets all over the floor making it a great slip hazard. The rocks on the bottom of the stall is also very pretty, but elderly or unbalanced, or just a normal person would greatly appreciate a flat surface in the shower. There is parking! The bed & home are so cumfy. Yes, there is a little traffic noise, but everything on the coast has that, that's where the highway is! But enough of that! The grounds are amazing and very well kept. The place is wonderful and we loved it.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Cabo. Had everything we needed and more. On-site, restaurants and bar were perfect. Easily walkable to the harbor and tons of restaurants.

Nice apartments, everything you need is available, including beach accessories and carts. There is a grill on the balcony, we cooked marlin. Shops, restaurants, the beach are within walking distance. The owners are always in touch, promptly respond to requests. I definitely recommend it.

The Cabo Way, LLC

There was a minor wrinkle on arrival as the building staff took us to a different Laura who said she didn’t have a booking for us. However, the correct Laura’s excellent representative, Jonathan, arrived momentarily to iron things out. On the first day, the door lock keypad battery ran low, and once again, Jonathan arrived promptly to remedy the situation. The rest of our stay we felt secure knowing our host would immediately address any other issues, of which there were none. The place was beautiful with a well equipped kitchen, good appliances, great air conditioning and an ideal location. It neighbors two excellent groceries, adjoins the marina and is a very short walk to the incredible beach. The facility itself is fantastic, featuring a great pool surrounded by meticulously manicured grounds, including a fantastic restaurant and bar with the most accommodating staff. If you want to be in the heart of the action, with a restful retreat, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at the condo. It's location cannot be beat. 3-5 blocks to beach, restaurants, bars, grocery stores. The space was spotless clean and have everything we needed for a one week stay. The pool was never too busy and it was nice to have snack/drink bar right there. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be adding this to our list of favorite places to stay in Cabo!
